Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. (registered seat: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-041054) announces in connection with its subsidiary: ERSTE Mortgage Bank Private Company Limited by Shares (registered address: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-048682) (hereinafter the “Company”) that on 8 November 2022 Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. as the sole member of the Company has decided on the increase of the capital of the Company.

Within the framework of the capital increase 5000 (five thousand) pieces registered, dematerialized ordinary shares will be issued with HUF 1000 (that is one thousand hungarian forint) par value, with the issue price of HUF 1.000.000 (that is one million hungarian forint). The full compensation of the shares will be paid until 10 November 2022.
