(Company nr.: 01-10-041054; address: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26. hereinafter referred to as: Company), in compliance with the provisions of Article 112. § (5) of Act CCXXXVII of 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Enterprises, hereby announces that its Nomination Committee, at its meeting of April 2024, set the following target for the gender ratio in the management bodies: the proportion of female members in the management body in its supervisory function and also in the management body in its managerial function should reach 30% by 2028. In order to reach this target number the Company will organise its succession policy and career management programs with regard to these diversity objectives.
