(registered office: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26., company registration number: 01-10-041054, hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), with reference to the provision of Article 123 (1) d) of Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on investment firms and commodity exchange service providers and the rules of activities they may perform (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), hereby announces that
- the mandate of Attila Sánta as external member the Board of Directors of the Bank has ended due to his resignation with the effect of 15th April, 2025 and
- the mandate of Magdolna Nagy, as member of the Supervisory Board, has ended due to her resignation with the effect of 7 th of April 2025.
This information will be published simultaneously in Hungarian, in case of discrepancy between the information included in the Hungarian and English versions, the information in English shall prevail.
