Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. (registered seat: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-041054) announces in connection with its subsidiary: ERSTE Building Society Company Limited by Shares (registered address: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-047080) (hereinafter the “Company”) that on 5 June 2023 Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. as the Founder of the Company has decided on the increase of the capital of the Company.  

Within the framework of the capital increase 49.750 (forty-nine thousand seven hundred and fifty) pieces registered, dematerialized ordinary shares will be issued with HUF 100.000 (that is one hundred thousand hungarian forint) par value, with the issue price of HUF 100.000 (that is one hundred thousand hungarian forint). The full compensation of the shares will be paid from the capital reserve within fifteen days of the adoption of the Founder’s resolution.   This information will be published simultaneously in Hungarian, in case of discrepancy between the information included in the Hungarian and English versions, the information in English shall prevail.
