Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. (registered seat: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-041054) announces in connection with its subsidiary: ERSTE Building Society Company Limited by Shares (registered address: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26.; registration number: Cg. 01-10-047080) (hereinafter the “Company”) that on the 23rd of June 2023 Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. as the Founder of the Company has decided to decrease the capital of the Company by capital withdrawal, which capital decrease was registered in the Company Register by the Company Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest on the 23rd of October 2023 by order No. 01-10-047080/239.

Within the framework of the capital decrease 50.000 (fifty thousand) pieces registered, dematerialized ordinary shares of series ‘A’ with a nominal value of HUF 100.000 (one hundred thousand Hungarian forint) will be withdrawn, by which the capital of the Company will be decreased from the current HUF 7.000.000.000 (seven billion Hungarian forint) to HUF 2.000.000.000 (two billion Hungarian forint).

This announcement is published simultaneously in Hungarian, in case of any discrepancy between the English and Hungarian versions, the English version shall prevail.
