hereby announces that the Sole Shareholder of the Company has approved the new Statutes of the Bank (resolution no.1/2023) which incorporates the changes related to the increase of the shareholding of Erste Group Bank AG's to 100% in the Company.

This information will be published simultaneously in Hungarian, in case of discrepancy between the information included in the Hungarian and English versions, the information in English shall prevail.
