Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. hereby publishes the ownership structure and the ownership and voting rights as of 31st December 2023 in accordance with the provisions of Article 123 (4) (b) of Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on investment firms and commodity exchange service providers and the rules of activities they may perform (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The voting rights of the shareholders of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. shall be equal to the ownership interest.
