Announcement of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. on the Sole Shareholder's Resolution dated on 4th December, 2024

ERSTE BANK HUNGARY Private Limited Company (Company Registration Number: 01-10-041054; registered office: 1138 Budapest, Népfürdő u. 24-26., hereinafter referred to as the "Company") – in compliance with the provisions of Section 123 (1) (g) of Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on Investment Firms and Commodity Dealers, and on the Regulations Governing their Activities, and other applicable laws – hereby announces that the Sole Shareholder of the Company adopted the following written resolution (1/2024. December 04. (11/2024)) on 4th December, 2024:

The Sole Shareholder decided to elect András Péter Kaliszky as a member of the Board of Directors and simultaneously as an executive officer.

This information will be published simultaneously in Hungarian, in case of discrepancy between the information included in the Hungarian and English versions, the information in English shall prevail.
